play time with rentals…
a few weeks ago, i went street walking (shush) with my friend jonathan… he’d rented a 70-200mm L lens that i really wanted to try out. the thing was a BEAST, and excessively heavy. but totally worth the sore arm the next day, the images were super crisp.

i would imagine for most photographers that clients become one’s friends, and inevitably one’s friends become clients… whether they like it or not.
